中药甘松化学成分药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：甘松是中国常见的药用植物,历史悠久,其主要化学成分为萜类、黄酮类、挥发油等,对人体心血管、神经、消化及内分泌系统的疾病有显著作用。随着现代药理学的发展,甘松中更多的化学成分被发现,药理作用也不断被开发,临床应用范围也逐步扩大。文章对近年来甘松的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用相关研究作出综述,为甘松的开发应用提供参考依据。Nardostachy chinensis Batal is a common medicinal plant in China,with a long history,its main chemical components are terpenes,flavonoids,volatile oils,etc.,which have significant effects on the human cardiovascular system,nervous system,digestive system and endocrine system.With the development of modern pharmacology,more chemical components in Nardostachy chinensis Batal have been discovered,its pharmacological effects have been gradually developed,and its clinical application scope has also been gradually expanded.In this paper,the chemical components,pharmacological action and clinical application of Nardostachy chinensis Batal in recent years were reviewed to provide bases for the development and application of Nardostachy chinensis Batal.
