复方黄芩汤治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方黄芩汤对湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。方法80例UC患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组予美沙拉嗪肠溶片,观察组予复方黄芩汤;比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子、免疫功能。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-10、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高,CD8^(+)、IL-1β、TNF-α降低,改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方黄芩汤可以改善湿热型UC患者的中医证候积分、炎症状态和免疫功能,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the effects of compound Huangqin decoction on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with dampness⁃heat ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Eighty UC patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given mesalazine enteric⁃coated tablets,and the observation group was given compound Huangqin decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factors and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome score in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL⁃10 and CD8+in the observation group were increased,while the levels of IL⁃1β,TNF⁃α,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+were decreased,and the improvement was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Huangqin decoction can improve the TCM syndrome score,inflammatory state and immune function in patients with dampness⁃heat UC,and improve the clinical efficacy.
