针药结合治疗肝肾阴虚型黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察针药结合治疗肝肾阴虚型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法 随机将74例肝肾阴虚型黄褐斑患者分为观察组(37例)和对照组(37例)。对照组予以氨甲环酸片口服;观察组予以针刺与中药治疗。2组治疗时间均为8周。比较2组患者治疗前后皮损评分、中医证候积分、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、促黑激素(MSH)指标水平和临床疗效。结果 治疗后2组患者皮损评分、中医证候积分、血清各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针刺联合中药治疗可通过影响患者抗氧化能力、减少黑素细胞分泌,进而改善肝肾阴虚型黄褐斑患者的临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine on chloasma of liver⁃kidney yin deficiency type.Methods Seventy⁃four patients with chloasma of liver⁃kidney yin deficiency type were randomly divided into observation group of 37 cases and control group of 37 cases.The control group was given tranexamic acid tablets orally.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and medicine.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups.The skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and melanophore stimulating hormone(MSH)levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and serum indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,which was 94.59%and 75.68%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chloasma of liver⁃kidney yin deficiency type by affecting their antioxidant capacity and reducing the secretion of melanocytes.
