摘　　要：目的 观察桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤加减在治疗心阳不振型心悸患者中的临床疗效。方法 将82例心阳不振型心悸患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各41例,其中对照组常规给予琥珀酸美托洛尔基础药物,治疗组在对照组西药基础上加用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤加减,观察2组患者的临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果 治疗后2组中医证候积分比较,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤加减结合常规的西药治疗心阳不振型心悸疗效显著,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction in treating palpitations of heart⁃yang deficiency type.Methods A total of 82 patients with palpitations of heart⁃yang deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was routinely given metoprolol succinate,and the treatment group was given Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction on the basis of Western medicine in the control group.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of 2 groups were observed.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction combined with conventional Western medicine has a significant effect on palpitations of heart⁃yang deficiency type,and is worthy of clinical application.
