雷火灸联合低频脉冲治疗经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究雷火灸联合低频脉冲治疗经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂效果。方法 72例产后盆腔脏器脱垂患者随机分为对照组(36例,采取常规盆底康复治疗)和试验组(36例,于对照组基础给予雷火灸联合低频脉冲理疗),比较2组治疗前后盆底肌力、脱垂程度和性生活质量,并计算漏尿率。结果 治疗后,试验组阴道收缩肌电值、收缩持续时间及最大收缩力大于对照组,疲劳度小于对照组,脱垂改善程度优于对照组,性生活质量高于对照组,漏尿率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 雷火灸联合低频脉冲治疗经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂效果显著,可以增强患者盆底肌力,改善盆腔脏器脱垂程度,提高性生活质量,预防漏尿。Objective To explore the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with low frequency pulse therapy in the treatment of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse.Methods Seventy⁃two patients with postpartum pelvic organ prolapse were randomly divided into control group of 36 cases received conventional pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment and experimental group of 36 cases received thunder⁃fire moxibustion combined with low⁃frequency pulse physiotherapy.The pelvic floor muscle strength,prolapse degree and quality of sexual life were compared between the two groups,and the urine leakage rate was calculated.Results After treatment,the contractile myoelectric value,duration of contraction and maximum contractile force of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the fatigue degree was lower than that of the control group,the prolapse degree was better than that of the control group,the sexual life quality was higher than that of the control group,the urine leakage rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder⁃fire moxibustion combined with low⁃frequency pulse physiotherapy has significant effect in the treatment of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse can enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients,improve the degree of pelvic organ prolapse,improve the quality of sexual life,and prevent the occurrence of urine leakage.
