诊刮术后补肾化瘀方联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期崩漏临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨诊刮术后自拟补肾化瘀方联合地屈孕酮治疗肾虚血瘀型围绝经期崩漏的临床疗效。方法 选取围绝经期崩漏患者100例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各50例。对照组于诊刮术后或撤退性出血第15天,口服地屈孕酮片,每次10 mg,每天2次,共10 d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加补肾化瘀方治疗,2组疗程均为3个周期。观察2组患者在诊刮术后运用补肾化瘀方联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期崩漏的临床疗效。结果 治疗后,治疗组治愈率、总有效率及中医证候积分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾虚血瘀型围绝经期崩漏患者诊刮术后采用补肾化瘀方联合地屈孕酮治疗疗效优于单纯使用地屈孕酮。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self⁃designed tonifying kidney and resolving blood stasis formula combined with dexamethasone progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal metrorrhagia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after surgery.Methods One hundred hospitalized patients were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each.The control group received oral administration of 10 mg of dexamethasone tablets twice a day for a total of 10 days after curettage or on the 15th day of retreating bleeding.On the basis of the control group’s treatment,the treatment group was given a kidney tonifying and blood stasis removing formula.Both groups had a course of treatment of 3 cycles.The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the cure rate,the total effective rate and improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type perimenopausal metrorrhagia patients treated with tonifying the kidney and resolving blood stasis formula combined with dexamethasone is better than that of the simple dexamethasone treatment.
