开阖针法针刺欲解时的时间规律分析

摘　　要：开阖六气针法是在三阴三阳开阖枢理论基础上形成的时间针灸模式,“气-阴阳-五行”理论是开阖六气针法的哲学内核与底层思维。“气-阴阳-五行”的演变过程中所渗透的时间医学理论被广泛移植与运用于针刺“欲解时”的时间规律之中,成为开阖六气针法针刺治疗疾病的特色手法。从其理论源流出发,疏解了“气-阴阳-五行”历史演变过程中“欲解时”内涵的发展,提出六气开阖针法的“气-阴阳-五行”运动规律与特性,总结了针刺“欲解时”调整“气-阴阳-五行”运用,为针刺“欲解时”调整“气-阴阳-五行”提供了参考依据。Opening⁃closing six⁃qi acupuncture is a time acupuncture mode formed on the basis of three⁃yin three⁃yang opening⁃closing pivot theory.The theory of“qi⁃yin yang⁃five elements”is the philosophical core and underlying thinking of opening⁃closing six⁃qi acupuncture.The time medicine theory involved in the evolution of“qi⁃yin yang⁃five elements”has been widely used in the time law of“Yujieshi”acupuncture,and has become the characteristic technique of Opening⁃closing six⁃qi acupuncture for treating diseases.This paper explained the development of“Yujieshi”in the historical evolution of“qi⁃yin yang⁃five elements”based on its theoretical origin and development.This paper puts forward the movement rules and characteristics of“qi⁃yin yang⁃five elements”in opening⁃closing six⁃qi acupuncture,and summarizes the adjustment of“Yujieshi”to the application of“qi⁃yin yang⁃five elements”in acupuncture.It provides a reference for adjusting“qi⁃yin yang⁃five elements”by acupuncture“Yujieshi”.
