耳穴压豆结合八段锦在颈椎病性眩晕护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨耳穴压豆护理结合八段锦在颈椎病性眩晕护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年2月江西省中西医结合医院收治的80例颈椎病性眩晕患者作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。比较2组患者中医证候、眩晕情况及并发症。结果 护理前2组患者中医证候及眩晕情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组患者中医证候及眩晕情况评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆护理结合八段锦可以有效改善患者中医证候及眩晕情况,降低患者并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point pressing bean combined with Baduanjin in nursing of vertigo of cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty patients with vertigo of cervical spondylosis treated in Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.TCM syndrome,vertigo and complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical significance in TCM syndrome and vertigo between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the scores of TCM syndrome and vertigo between the two groups after nursing were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular point pressing bean combined with Baduanjin can effectively improve patients’TCM syndrome and vertigo,reduce the incidence of complication,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
