一贯煎合六味地黄汤治疗更年期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨更年期综合征患者采用一贯煎加减方联合六味地黄汤加减治疗的效果与价值。方法选择2020年10月—2022年5月高淳人民医院收诊更年期综合征患者107例作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分作对照组(53例)与观察组(54例),对照组采用尼尔雌醇治疗,观察组采用一贯煎加减方联合六味地黄汤加减治疗,对比治疗效果,评估2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分,分析变化差异。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者潮热多汗、失眠多梦、头晕目眩、神疲乏力证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一贯煎加减方联合六味地黄汤加减治疗更年期综合征,能够有效改善症状,值得临床运用推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and value of Yiguan decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction for patients with climacteric syndrome.Methods A total of 107 patients with menopausal syndrome admitted to Gaochun People’s Hospital from October 2020 to May 2022 were selected as research objects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group of 53 cases and observation group of 54 cases.The control group was treated with Nierstradiol,while the observation group was treated with Yiguan decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction.The therapeutic effect was compared,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment,and the differences were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of hot flash,hyperhidrosis,insomnia and dreaminess,dizziness and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiguan decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of climacteric syndrome,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
