摘　　要：蒿芩清胆汤源于清代医书《重订通俗伤寒论》,主治少阳湿热、胆郁痰扰证。曹毅教授将蒿芩清胆汤精巧化裁,灵活应用于多种皮肤病的治疗中,取得了良好的治疗效果。此文阐述蒿芩清胆汤的方证特色及加减化裁,列举曹毅教授灵活运用蒿芩清胆汤加减治疗皮肤病验案4则,总结其运用蒿芩清胆汤的临床经验,整理成文,以飨同道。Haoqin Qingdan decoction originated from the medical book of Qing Dynasty,Re⁃revision of Popular Treatise on Cold Disease,which was used to treat Shaoyang dampness⁃heat,bile stagnation phlegm disturbance.Professor Cao Yi has refined Haoqin Qingdan decoction and applied it flexibly in the treatment of various skin diseases,and achieved good therapeutic effects.This article first expounded the characteristics of Haoqin Qingdan decoction and its modification and modification,then enumerated 4 cases of Professor Cao Yi’s application of Haoqin Qingdan decoction in the treatment of skin diseases,and finally summarized his clinical experience in the application of Haoqin Qingdan decoction.
