滋清汤治疗黄体功能不足所致月经先期临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价王成荣经验方滋清汤治疗黄体功能不足所致月经先期的临床疗效。方法将60例黄体功能不足性月经先期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予月经周期第5天起口服滋清汤12剂,对照组予基础体温上升1 d起口服地屈孕酮片。2组均治疗3个月经周期,观察2组治疗前后月经提前天数、基础体温高温相维持天数、HPS评分、中医证候积分、黄体期中期孕酮值的情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组;2组治疗后月经提前天数明显降低、基础体温高温相时间均延长(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后黄体中期孕酮值、HPS评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论滋清汤治疗黄体功能不足性所致月经先期疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ziqing decoction,an empirical prescription of Wang Chengrong,in the treatment of premenstruation caused by luteal phase defect.Methods Sixty patients with premenstruation due to luteal phase defect were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was given 12 doses of Ziqing decoction from the fifth day of menstrual cycle,and the control group was given 10 mg po bid x 10 days of didrogesterone tablets from the first day of basal body temperature rise.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,and the days of menstrual advance,the days of basal body temperature and high temperature phase maintenance,HPS score,TCM syndrome score,and the mid-luteal phase P value were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.After treatment,the days of menstruation advance decreased significantly and the duration of basal body temperature hyperthermia phase was prolonged in both groups.The scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.The P value and HPS score of luteal metaphase in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.All the above results were P<0.05.Conclusion Ziqing decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of premature menstruation caused by luteal phase defect.
