逍遥丸与草酸艾司西酞普兰联用对PVC伴抑郁障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨采取逍遥丸联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗频发性室性期前收缩(PVC)伴抑郁障碍的效果。方法选取100例研究对象,分为试验组与对照组,各50例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予草酸艾司西酞普兰,试验组在对照组基础上加用逍遥丸治疗,8周后,观察治疗效果。结果2组治疗后日间与夜间PVC发作次数、二联律百分比、三联律百分比均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者rMSSD、SDNN、SDNN5、SDANN均较治疗前提高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组HAMD评分较治疗前降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对频发性PVC伴抑郁障碍,使用逍遥丸联合草酸艾司西酞普兰的治疗方式,可改善患者病情及自主神经功能紊乱,缓解抑郁症状,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of combination of Xiaoyao pill and escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of frequent ventricular premature contractions(PVC)with depression.Methods A total of 100 subjects were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was given escitalopram oxalate on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Xiaoyao pill on the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks,the therapeutic effect was observed.Results After treatment,the number of PVC attacks during the day and night,the percentage of double and triple combination were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,rMSSD,SDNN,SDNN5 and SDANN in 2 groups were increased compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).HAMD score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For frequent PVC with depression,Xiaoyao pill and escitalopram oxalate can improve the patient’s condition and autonomic dysfunction,and relieve depression symptoms.It is worthy of promotion.
