中药热熨联合温灸治疗仪护理对产后宫缩痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中药热熨联合温灸治疗仪护理对产妇产后宫缩痛的影响。方法将天津市中西医结合医院2021年1月—2022年8月收治的102例产后宫缩痛产妇随机分为2组,51例对照组给予常规护理,51例观察组给予中药热熨联合温灸治疗仪护理,比较2组宫缩痛情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理第1天、第2天及第3天产后宫缩痛VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),产后宫缩痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05),发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热熨联合温灸治疗仪护理在产后宫缩痛产妇康复中应用效果较好,可缓解宫缩痛,减少其发作次数,并缩短疼痛持续时间,并有利于护理满意度的提升,值得在临床护理中推广。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine hot ironing and warm moxibustion therapy instrument nursing on maternal postpartum contraction pain.Methods A total of 102 postpartum women treated in Tianjin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 51 cases received routine nursing,and 51 cases in the observation group were given Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with warm moxibustion treatment instrument.Uterine pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of postpartum contraction pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the duration of postpartum contraction pain was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of episodes was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine hot ironing combined with warm moxibustion treatment instrument in the rehabilitation of postpartum contraction pain has better effect,can relieve uterine contraction pain,reduce the number of attacks,and shorten the duration of pain,and is conducive to the improvement of nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
