三伏天督灸治疗阳虚体质临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三伏天与非三伏天督灸对阳虚体质患者的干预效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将120例阳虚体质患者分为三伏督灸组、非三伏督灸组和金匮肾气丸组各40例。三伏督灸组给予初伏、中伏、末伏首日督灸治疗;非三伏督灸组予非三伏天时间督灸治疗;金匮肾气丸组口服金匮肾气丸治疗。比较3组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗结束时、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月阳虚体质量表评分、畏寒程度量表评分。结果:三伏督灸组总有效为87.50%,高于非三伏督灸组75.00%与金匮肾气丸组67.50%(P<0.05)。3组治疗结束时、治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月阳虚体质量表评分、畏寒程度量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且三伏督灸组阳虚体质量表评分、畏寒程度量表评分均低于非三伏督灸组与金匮肾气丸组(P<0.05)。结论:三伏天督灸、非三伏天督灸和口服金匮肾气丸均能有效改善患者阳虚体质,减轻畏寒程度,其中三伏天督灸对阳虚体质干预效果最佳。Objective:To observe the intervention effect of moxibustion at governor vessel in dog days and non-dog days on patients with yang-deficiency constitution.Methods:A total of 120 patients with yang-deficiency constitution were divided into the moxibustion at governor vessel in dog days group,the moxibustion at governor vessel in non-dog days group and the Jinkui Shenqi Pills group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The moxibustion at governor vessel in dog days group was respectively given moxibustion at governor vessel on the first day of the beginning,middle and end of dog days;the moxibustion at governor vessel in non-dog days group was treated with moxibustion at governor vessel in non-dog days;the Jinkui Shenqi Pills group was given oral administration of Jinkui Shenqi Pills for treatment.The clinical effects,and the scores of yang-deficiency constitution and degree of intolerance of cold before treatment,at the end of treatment,three months after treatment and six months after treatment were respectively compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 87.50%in the moxibustion at governor vessel in dog days group,higher than that of 75.00%in the moxibustion at governor vessel in non-dog days group and 67.50%in the Jinkui Shenqi Pills(P<0.05).The scores of yang-deficiency constitution and degree of intolerance of cold at the end of treatment,three months after treatment and six months after treatment in the three groups were respectively lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the moxibustion at governor vessel in dog days group were respectively lower than those in the moxibustion at governor vessel in non-dog days group and the Jinkui Shenqi Pills(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapies of moxibustion at governor vessel in dog days,moxibustion at governor vessel in non-dog days and oral administration of Jinkui Shenqi Pills can all effectively improve the yang-deficiency constitution of patients,and reduce the degree of intolerance o
