老年高血压患者苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦的临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年高血压患者应用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦的临床治疗效果。方法本次研究选入158例研究对象,均是2022年4月至2023年4月入院并明确诊断为高血压的老年患者,用随机数字表法划分成两组,常规组患者采用厄贝沙坦治疗,试验组则联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,对比两组疗效差异。结果试验组老年患者治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均低于常规组,统计学比较结果为P<0.05。试验组老年患者治疗总有效率为93.67%,高于常规组的67.09%,统计学比较结果为P<0.05。试验组老年患者用药后不良反应率为2.53%,低于常规组的12.66%,统计学比较结果为P<0.05。结论老年高血压患者在临床中采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦的治疗方案,能够提高血压控制效果,还有助于减少用药不良反应。Objective Analysis of clinical therapeutic effects of amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight study subjects were selected for this study,all of whom were elderly patients admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 and diagnosed with hypertension.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The conventional group received treatment with irbesartan,while the experimental group received treatment with levamlodipine besylate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the elderly patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group after treatment,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment for elderly patients in the experimental group was 93.67%,which was higher than the 67.09%in the conventional group,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of elderly patients in the experimental group after medication was 2.53%,lower than the 12.66%in the conventional group,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination therapy of amlodipine besylate and irbesartan can improve blood pressure control and reduce adverse drug reactions in elderly hypertensive patients in clinical practice.
