氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年性高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的评估老年性高血压使用氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗的有效性。方法纳入我院在2022年1月至2023年1月之间接诊的老年性高血压患者90例,将其以随机数字表法划分为不同小组,参照组(45例)采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,研究组(45例)采用氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,对比两组治疗总有效率、收缩压、舒张压、心率、收缩压昼夜节律、舒张压昼夜节律、全血黏度、血浆黏度、凝血因子、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压和心率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组收缩压昼夜节律、舒张压昼夜节律高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的全血黏度、血浆黏度、凝血因子低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率(头晕、心悸、嗜睡、恶心呕吐)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论老年性高血压使用氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗效果突出,不良反应低。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of amlodipine combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods A total of 90 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were divided into different groups according to random number table method.The reference group(45 cases)received irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide treatment,and the study group(45 cases)received amlodipine combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide treatment.The total effective rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,systolic blood pressure circadian rhythm,diastolic blood pressure circadian rhythm,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,coagulation factor and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of elderly hypertensive patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The diastolic and diastolic blood pressure circadian rhythms in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and coagulation factor of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(dizziness,palpitation,lethargy,nausea and vomiting)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Amlodipine combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension has outstanding effect and low side effects.
