摘　　要：目的探究母婴床旁护理在提升产科护理满意度与产妇母乳喂成功率中的实际应用价值。方法选择2022年5月至2023年4月接诊的产妇450例为研究对象,对照组产妇采用常规母婴同室方式护理,观察组产妇在常规护理的基础上,进行母婴床旁护理。比较两组产妇的护理满意度与母乳喂养成功率。结果与对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇的护理满意度与母乳喂养成功率高。结论针对产妇实施母婴床旁护理可有效提升母乳喂养的成功率以及护理的满意度。Objective In order to better promote the satisfaction of obstetric care and the success rate of maternal breastfeeding,the practical application value of maternal and infant bedside nursing.Methods A total of 450 parturients received from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received bedside nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compare the nursing satisfaction and success rate of breastfeeding between two groups of parturients.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher and the success rate of breastfeeding was better.Conclusions In the process of implementing bedside nursing for mothers and infants,the success rate of breastfeeding in obstetric nursing and the satisfaction of nursing have been effectively improved.
