多元化护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖及其妊娠并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者应用多元化护理对于血糖控制和妊娠并发症的影响。方法本院2022年9月至2023年9月的患者中随机选取86例GDM患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理,n=43)和观察组(多元化护理,n=43),对比两组护理效果。结果观察组FBG(5.10±0.43)mmol/L,2 hPBG(6.54±0.52)mmol/L,HbA1c(5.24±0.59)%,低于对照组的FBG(5.87±0.59)mmol/L,2 hPBG(8.73±0.68)mmol/L,Hb A1c(6.11±0.67)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SAS(44.73±2.68)分,SDS(41.39±3.30)分,低于对照组的SAS(53.26±3.15)分,SDS(52.46±3.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后出血1例(2.33%),妊娠期高血压1例(2.33%),胎膜早破1例(2.33%),未见酮症酸中毒、感染,合计3例(6.98%),低于对照组的产后出血3例(6.98%),妊娠期高血压3例(6.98%),胎膜早破2例(4.65%),酮症酸中毒1例(2.33%),感染2例(4.65%),合计11例(25.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从率(93.02%)高于对照组(72.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对GDM孕妇采取多元化护理能够从不同层面进行干预,指导孕妇及其家属掌握科学护理理念,建立正确健康理念,共同参与到血糖控制中,积极预防妊娠并发症,也能有效控制血糖水平,调节负面情绪,全面提高孕妇对护理指导的依从性和满意度。Objective To study the effect of diversified nursing on blood glucose control and pregnancy complications in patients with gestational diabetes(GDM).Methods In our hospital,86 patients with GDM were randomly selected from September 2022 to September 2023 and divided into a control group(conventional nursing,n=43)and an observation group(diversified nursing,n=43)using a random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The FBG(5.10±0.43)mmol/L,2 hPBG(6.54±0.52)mmol/L,and HbA1c(5.24±0.59)%in the observation group were lower than those in the control group FBG(5.87±0.59)mmol/L,2 hPBG(8.73±0.68)mmol/L,and HbA1c(6.11±0.67)%(P<0.05).The SAS(44.73±2.68)and SDS(41.39±3.30)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group SAS(53.26±3.15)and SDS(52.46±3.19)(P<0.05).One case of postpartum hemorrhage(2.33%)and one case of gestational hypertension(2.33%)were observed in the observation group,There was 1 case of premature rupture of membranes(2.33%),and no ketoacidosis or infection was found in 3 cases(6.98%),which was lower than the control group 3 cases of postpartum hemorrhage(6.98%),3 cases of gestational hypertension(6.98%),2 cases of premature rupture of membranes(4.65%),1 case of ketoacidosis(2.33%),and 2 cases of infection(4.65%),totaling 11 cases(25.58%)(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(72.09%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(81.40%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Diversified nursing care for GDM pregnant women can intervene from different levels,guide pregnant women and their families to master scientific nursing concepts,establish correct health concepts,participate in blood sugar control together,actively prevent pregnancy complications,effectively control blood sugar levels,regulate negative emotions,and comprehensively improve pregnant women's compliance and satisfaction with nursing guidance.
