舒适理念在日间病房胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适理念下的护理干预对于日间病房胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者的意义。方法抽取2022年2月至2023年2月期间我院日间病房接诊的胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者100例,根据随机摸球法形式将其分为试验组和对照组,均为50例患者,对照组以常规的措施进行干预,试验组患者接受舒适理念下护理干预。对比两组患者护理前后舒适度评分、生活质量评分以及不良反应发生率和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者舒适度评分组间无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均经过护理后,其舒适度得分均提高,且试验组各指标得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,组间患者生活质量分数无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,试验组患者生活质量分数较对照组生活质量分数更高(P<0.05)。护理后试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适理念下的护理干预用于日间病房胃肠道肿瘤患者中,不仅有效改善其化疗后的舒适度,还能够进一步提高经化疗后的生活质量,减少不良反应的出现。Objective To explore the significance of nursing interventions under the concept of comfort for patients undergoing chemotherapy for gastrointestinal tumors in daytime wards.Methods 100 cases of gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy patients received in the day ward of our hospital between February 2022 and February 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the form of random touch-ball method,both of which were 50 patients,the control group was intervened with conventional measures,and the experimental group of patients received nursing interventions under the concept of comfort.Comparison of the two groups of patients before and after the care of comfort score,quality of life score and the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistical significance between the comfort scores of patients in the two groups(P>0.05);after the nursing care in both groups,their comfort scores increased,and the scores of the indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of quality of life in the two groups,the difference between the scores before care was not significant(P>0.05),after the care of the two groups with different programs,the quality of life scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05);In terms of the occurrence of adverse reactions after nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);in terms of patient satisfaction results,the probability of patient satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention under the concept of comfort is used in patients with gastrointestinal tumors in day wards,which not only effectively improves their post-chemotherapy comfort,but also further improves the quality of life after transchemot
