摘　　要：子宫内膜损伤是指由各种致病因素作用下导致的子宫内膜基底层受损及内膜修复障碍导致的疾病。宫腔操作、宫腔感染、遗传因素等均与子宫内膜损伤的发生密切相关。其病因复杂,在临床上缺乏有效的预防及治疗措施,其严重影响女性的身心健康。本文就子宫内膜损伤的病因研究进展进行综述,为子宫内膜损伤的预防及治疗提供理论依据。Endometrial injury refers to the disease caused by the damage of the endometrial basal layer and the intimal repair disorders caused by the action of various pathogenic factors.The intrauterine manipulation,intrauterine infection,and genetic factors are closely related to the occurrence of endometrial injury.Its etiology is complex,there is a clinical lack of effective prevention and treatment measures,its occurrence seriously affects women's physical and mental health.This paper reviews the progress of the etiology of endometrial injury to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of endometrial injury.
