妇炎消胶囊联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗人工流产后的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究妇炎消胶囊联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗人工流产后的临床疗效,以达到预防和减轻人工流产术后并发症的发生。方法 选取70例宫内早期妊娠且行人工流产(包括药物流产及人工流产术)终止妊娠的孕妇,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组采用妇炎消胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果 治疗组腹痛消失时间、子宫出血持续时间均短于对照组,少于月经量占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度明显增加,且治疗组明显厚于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率5.71%低于对照组的37.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇炎消胶囊联合少腹逐瘀颗粒应用于人工流产后,可缩短腹痛消失时间、子宫出血持续时间,促进炎症消除及子宫恢复,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Fuyanxiao capsule combined with Shaofuzhuyu granule in the treatment of induced abortion,in order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications after induced abortion.Methods 70 pregnant women with early intrauterine pregnancy who underwent induced abortion(including medical abortion and induced abortion)were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fuyanxiao capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Shaofuzhuyu granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain and the duration of uterine bleeding in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the proportion of short menstrual volume was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness increased significantly in both groups,and the thickness in the treatment group was significantly thicker than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the treatment group was 5.71%lower than that of the control group(37.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of Fuyanxiao capsule combined with Shaofuzhuyu granule in induced abortion,it can shorten the disappearance time of abdominal pain and the duration of uterine bleeding,promote the elimination of inflammation and uterine recovery,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
