坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征患者生命质量与卵巢功能的影响评价

摘　　要：目的探究坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征患者生命质量与卵巢功能的影响。方法选取60例围绝经期综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的生命质量、卵巢功能及临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后生命质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后卵巢功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。结论将坤泰胶囊应用于围绝经期综合征患者中,可有效提高其生命质量,促进其卵巢功能的恢复,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the effects of Kuntai capsule on quality of life and ovarian function in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the study group was given Kuntai capsule treatment based on the control group.The quality of life,ovarian function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ovarian function of the study group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Kuntai capsule in patients with perimenopausal syndrome can effectively improve their quality of life,promote the recovery of ovarian function and improve clinical efficacy.
