新生化汤联合雷火灸治疗产后恶露不绝血瘀证产妇的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究针对产后恶露不绝血瘀证产妇予以新生化汤联合雷火灸治疗的临床效果。方法选取100名产后恶露不绝血瘀证产妇,根据随机抽签法分为研究组与对比组,每组50例。对比组产妇给予雷火灸治疗,研究组产妇给予雷火灸联合新生化汤治疗。比较两组产妇恶露排出情况及治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对比组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1d,两组产妇恶露排出量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3d、7d研究组恶露排出量少于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以产后恶露不绝血瘀证产妇新生化汤联合雷火灸治疗的临床效果更为理想,可有效促进子宫复旧,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of xinshenghua decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion on postpartum lochia continuous blood stasis.Methods 100 postpartum women with lochia continuous blood stasis were divided into study group and comparison group according to random drawing method,with 50 cases in each group.Women in the comparison group were given thunder fire moxibustion treatment,women in the study group were given thunder fire moxibustion combined with xinshenghua decoction treatment.The discharge of lochia and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 day of treatment,there was no significant difference in lochia output between the two groups(P>0.05),while the lochia output in the study group after 3 and 7 days of treatment was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of treating postpartum lochia persistent blood stasis syndrome with xinshenghua decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion is more ideal,which can effectively promote uterine rejuvenation and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
