优质护理在超导可视无痛人流中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在超导可视无痛人流中应用优质护理的效果。方法选取120例行超导可视无痛人流术患者,以随机数字表方式分组,对照组(60例)予以常规护理,观察组(60例)予以优质护理。比较两组患者人流时间、吸管进出宫腔次数与术后出血时间,并利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估心理状态,再利用医院自制问卷调查其护理满意度。结果观察组人流时间、术后出血时间均短于对照组,且吸管进出宫腔次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,护理后两组SAS、SDS评分均下降,且观察组各评分均更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.67%高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论在超导可视无痛人流中应用优质护理,可以明显缩短患者的人流手术时间,缓解患者不良心理状态,从而提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of applying quality nursing care in superconductive visual painless abortion.Methods 120 patients undergoing superconducting visual painless abortion were divided into random number tables.The control group(60 cases)received routine nursing care,and the observation group(60 cases)received high-quality nursing care.The time of abortion,the number of times of straw entering and leaving the uterine cavity and the postoperative bleeding time of the two groups were compared,and the psychological state was assessed by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the nursing satisfaction was investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results The abortion time and postoperative bleeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of times of straw entering and leaving the uterine cavity was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased after nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group 83.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing care in superconducting visual painless abortion can significantly shorten the abortion operation time of patients,alleviate the adverse psychological state of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
