摘　　要：目的分析基于孕妇学校的时效性激励护理结合血糖负荷食物交换份法对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制效果、妊娠结局的影响。方法选取82例妊娠期糖尿病患者,将其根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。两组均采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上增加基于孕妇学校的时效性激励护理结合血糖负荷食物交换份法干预。对比两组应用效果。结果观察组护理后餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及空腹胰岛素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后不良妊娠结局发生率4.88%低于对照组的24.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者采用基于孕妇学校的时效性激励护理结合血糖负荷食物交换份法干预,可有效控制患者血糖水平,预防不良妊娠结局,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of time-effective incentive nursing combined with glycemic load food exchange method on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 82 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was supplemented with time-dependent incentive nursing based on pregnant women's school combined with glycemic load food exchange method.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The levels of blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and fasting insulin 2 h after meals in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome after nursing in the observation group was 4.88%lower than that in the control group 24.39%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The time-effective incentive nursing based on pregnant women's school combined with glycemic load food exchange method can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients with gestational diabetes and prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes,which has clinical promotion value.
