摘　　要：县域城镇化是新发展阶段落实新型城镇化战略的重要着力点,是现代化的必由之路。新中国成立后,工业化是中国开展现代化建设的逻辑主线,县域城镇化的发展态势、演进逻辑与以工业化为主的经济发展战略密切相关,其演进历程呈现出“两扬两抑”的阶段性特征。县域城镇化与中国式现代化存在深刻的逻辑关系,县域城镇化推动中国式现代化建设的内在机理在于解决人口规模巨大问题,通过承接产业转移、促进城乡融合发展带动县域全体人民共同富裕,通过传统乡土文化与现代城市文化交融互鉴等方式促进物质文明和精神文明协调发展,通过重塑生产生活方式、助力县域生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化等途径促进人与自然和谐共生。更好发挥县域城镇化推动中国式现代化建设的作用,需要重点完善县域城镇化发展的体制机制,夯实县域城镇化发展的产业基础,强化县域精神文明和生态文明建设。County urbanization is an important focus of implementing the new urbanization strategy in the new development stage.It's the only way to modernization.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,industrialization is the logical mainline of China's modernization drive.The develop-ment trend and evolution logic of county urbanization are closely related to the economic development strategy based on industrialization and its evolution process shows a phased feature of"two positive and two negative".There is a profound logical relationship between county urbanization and Chinese mod-ernization.The inherent mechanism of county urbanization in promoting Chinese-style modernization is solving the problem of huge population size,driving the common prosperity of all people in the county by undertaking industrial transfer and promoting urban and rural integration and development,promoting the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization through the integration and mutual learning of traditional local culture and modern urban culture,and promoting the harmonious co-existence of human and nature by reshaping the production and life style and assisting the modernization of county ecological environment governance system and governance capacity.To better play the role of county urbanization in promoting Chinese-style modernization,we need to focus on improving the system and mechanism of county urbanization development,tamping the industrial foundation of county urbanization development,and strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization and ecological civi-lization.
