摘 要:近年来在国家政策的主导下,风电等新能源得到了快速发展,新能源的消纳问题也随之凸显出来,灵活性调峰是解决这一问题的有效措施。等离子体点火技术是一项卓有成效的低负荷稳燃措施,可满足深度调峰需求,有效提高火电机组对新能源发电的消纳能力。针对传统等离子体技术在火电灵活性应用中存在的问题,提出一种新型等离子体点火技术。该技术可使发生器阴极寿命提升至500 h以上,阳极寿命提升至1000 h以上;提高了煤质适应性,可适用于大部分燃用烟煤的电厂;而且点火过程中对燃烧器内燃强度有较好的控制,不易发生超温结焦现象。In recent years,wind power and other new energy sources have developed rapidly under the guidance of national policies.The absorption problem of new energy has also emerged.Flexible peak regulation is an effective measure to solve this problem.The plasma ignition technology is an effective measure of low load stable-combustion.It can meet the demand of deep peak shaving and improve the capacity to absorb new energy power.A new type of plasma ignition technology is introduced in this article,aiming at the problems existing in thermal power flexible application of traditional plasma technology.The generator cathode life is increased to more than 500 h,and the anode life is increased to more than 1000 h.The adaptability of coal quality is improved,and it can be applied to most power plants that use bituminous coal.Moreover,the combustion intensity of the burner is well controlled in the ignition process,and the phenomenon of over temperature coking is not easy to occur.
