摘　　要：两宋都城在中国都城史和城市发展史上占有重要地位,两宋都城遗址是中华古代灿烂文明的实证。历经千年之后,开封和杭州两座城市在社会经济发展中所起的作用越来越重要。要立足于宋韵文化,结合杭州、开封的历史发展节点,加大宋韵文化基因的历史研究和深层挖掘,做好两宋都城遗址的保护传承和利用,带动周围区域文化遗产保护与城市发展,加快构建世界遗产群落,推进申报世界文化遗产、打造世界级旅游产品。The capital cities of the Northen Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynasty hold an important position in the history of Chinese capital cities and urban development.The capital sites of the Northen Song Dynasty and Southern Song Dynastyare a testament to the splendid civilization of ancient China.After thousands of years,Kaifeng and Hangzhou have played an increasingly important role in social and economic development.We should base ourselves on the Song Dynasty culture,combine it with the historical development of Hangzhou and Kaifeng,increase the historical research and deep excavation of the Song Dynasty cultural genes,do a good job in the protection,inheritance,and utilization of the Song Dynasty capital sites,drive the protection of cultural heritage in its surrounding regionsand urban development,accelerate the construction of a world heritage community,promote the application for world cultural heritage,and create world-class tourism products.
