摘 要:为评估高速铁路扣件弹性垫板更换过程中新旧垫板过渡造成的轨道刚度突变对列车运行状态的影响,建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学仿真模型,分析直线、曲线区段以及钢轨接头处垫板刚度突变对列车运行平稳性的影响,并对垫板更换区间长度和刚度三级过渡模式进行了研究,提出扣件弹性垫板更换方案建议。结果表明:直线和曲线区段更换扣件弹性垫板有利于降低轮轨动力作用,仅在列车驶出垫板更换区后存在长度约10 m的行车不稳定区,会造成个别列车动力学指标增大,但增幅相对较小;行车不稳定区若存在钢轨焊接接头,会造成轮轨动力作用急剧增大;在垫板更换区末端采用静刚度为45 kN/mm的垫板设置长25 m的过渡区,有利于降低轮轨动力作用,提高列车运行的平稳性。In order to evaluate the impact of sudden changes in track stiffness caused by the transition between new and old pads during the replacement process of elastic pads for high speed railway fasteners on train running status,a vehicle-track coupling dynamics simulation model was established,the impact of sudden stiffness changes in straight and curved sections,as well as at rail joints,on the smoothness of train running was analyzed,the three-level transition mode of pad replacement interval length and stiffness was studied,and a scheme for replacing elastic pads with fasteners was proposed.The results show that replacing elastic pads for fasteners in straight and curved sections is beneficial for reducing wheel-rail dynamic effects.Only after leaving the pad replacement area,there is an unstable driving zone with a length of about 10 m,which will cause an increase in some train dynamic indicators,but the increase is relatively small.The presence of steel rail welding joints in unstable driving areas can cause a sharp increase in wheel-rail dynamic effects.At the end of the pad replacement area,a transition zone with a static stiffness of 45 kN/mm and a length of 25 m is used to reduce the wheel-rail dynamic effect and improve the smoothness of train operation.
