摘 要:以一座山岭隧道为背景,选取钢纤维、玄武岩纤维、碳纤维为掺料进行纤维混凝土材料试验并确定纤维最佳体积掺量;结合试验数据与塑性损伤数值模拟结果,分析地震作用下有无纤维混凝土套拱加固隧道结构响应情况。结果表明:无套拱加固时衬砌拱脚、拱肩、拱腰处易发生拉裂损伤,拱顶与仰拱中心、左右拱肩的相对位移均较大。三种纤维混凝土套拱加固后,衬砌-套拱叠合结构拱腰、拱肩处损伤均有所改善,拉裂损伤向两端发展的趋势得到抑制;拱顶与仰拱中心,左右拱肩的相对位移较无套拱加固时有所降低,隧道结构稳定性提高。综合考虑衬砌损伤与测点位移,体积掺量为1.5%的钢纤维混凝土套拱加固效果最佳。Based on a mountain tunnel,research on arch reinforcement based on fiber reinforced concrete under seismic action was carried out.Steel fiber,basalt fiber and carbon fiber admixtures were selected for fiber reinforced concrete material tests,and the optimal volume admixtures of fibers were determined.With the experimental data and numerical simulation of plastic damage,the responses of tunnel structure under seismic action with or without fiber reinforced concrete arch were analyzed.The results show that,without arch reinforcement,arch foot,spandrel and waist of the lining are prone to tensile crack damage under seismic action,and the relative displacements of spandrel,arch bottom and invert center are large.With three kinds of fiber reinforced concrete arch,the damage at spandrel and waist of overlapping structure is reduced,the development trend of tensile crack damage to both ends is inhibited,meanwhile,the relative displacement of spandrel,arch bottom and invert center is reduced,and the stability of tunnel structure is improved.Comprehensive considering the results of tensile crack damage of structure and relative displacement of monitoring points,steel fiber reinforced concrete arch with 1.5%volume admixture has the best reinforcement effect.
