摘　　要：晕动病是乘坐交通工具时常见的不良感受,严重影响出行体验,随着交通载具的更新发展,晕动病的发病率逐渐攀升。非药物疗法在防治晕动病的同时,能够规避抗晕动病药物产生的不良反应,对于特殊人群的晕动病防治具有重要意义。其中神经调控技术可重塑神经状态,减少自主神经症状;习服训练能够提高适应性;心理干预通过改善易感者对晕动病的认知增强其对于晕动病的耐受;针刺疗法绿色高效,以缓解晕动症状为目的。但目前防治晕动病的非药物疗法尚未形成统一标准,且存在疗效难以维持、缺乏实际环境检验等问题,需要改进优化,从而更好地发挥其在晕动病防治中的作用。Motion sickness is a common adverse feeling when riding in transportation,which seriously affects the travel experience.With the development of traffic vehicles,the incidence of motion sickness is gradually increasing.Non-drug therapy can avoid adverse reactions caused by anti-motion sickness drugs while preventing and treating motion sickness,which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness in special populations.Neuromodulation technique can reshape the nerve state and reduce autonomic symptoms.Acclimatization training can improve the adaptability to motion sickness environment.Psychological intervention can improve the tolerance of motion sickness by improving the cognition of motion sickness.Acupuncture therapy is green and efficient,aiming at relieving motion sickness symptoms.However,the current non-drug therapy has not yet formed a unified standard,and there are problems such as difficult to maintain the efficacy and lack of actual environmental testing,which needs to be improved and optimized to better play its role in the prevention and treatment of motion sickness.
