多病共存慢性病患者内脏康复的研究进展

摘　　要：随着慢性病发病率及患病率逐年增加,多病共存现象日益普遍。内脏康复是以运动为主的一种综合性干预手段,可以改善慢性病患者的脏器功能,提高其生活质量。目前多病共存慢性病患者的内脏康复尚处于探索阶段。多病共存慢性病患者行内脏康复前需进行一系列评估,基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类模式构建以功能学分类为基础的内脏康复评估体系可能是未来的发展方向。多病共存慢性病患者运动处方的制订需更加关注安全性、有效性和依从性,而最低限度标准化运动处方可能作为个性化运动处方的替代方案。With the incidence and prevalence of chronic diseases increasing year by year,the coexistence of multiple diseases has become increasingly common.Visceral rehabilitation is a comprehensive intervention based on exercise,which can better improve the organ function and quality of life of the patients with chronic diseases.At present,the visceral rehabilitation of patients with multiple diseases is still in the exploratory stage.Before visceral rehabilitation,the patients should undergo a series of assessments.Building a visceral rehabilitation assessment system of functional classification based on the international classification model of function,disability,and health may be the future development direction.The formulation of exercise prescriptions for the patients with multiple diseases requires more attention to safety,effectiveness and compliance,and minimally standardized exercise prescriptions can be used as an alternative to individualized exercise prescriptions.
