摘  要:老年厌食症是指与年龄相关的食欲减退或食物摄入量的减少。患有厌食症的老年人可出现营养不良和营养代谢障碍,这使得老年人的抵抗力下降,从而更容易带来不良健康后果。例如肌少症、活动能力下降,甚至可发展为生活自理能力丧失,导致残疾率、死亡率增加等。老年厌食症的发病机制包括一系列伴随衰老过程的代谢变化,如胆囊收缩素分泌增加,瘦素、胃饥饿素分泌减少,肠道菌群失调介导的炎症因子改变,这些代谢变化可作为该疾病的生物标志物。根据这些变化可早期识别老年厌食症,并能够研制专门的营养干预方案。今后可对老年人肠道微生物群及遗传因素是否影响营养状态进行相关研究,以为老年厌食症的有效防治提供新思路。Anorexia in the elderly refers to age-related loss of appetite or decrease in food intake.Elderly people with anorexia may experience malnutrition and nutritional metabolic disorders,which the elderly less resistant and therefore more prone to adverse health outcomes.For example,sarcopenia,decreased mobility,and even the loss of self-care ability can lead to increased disability and mortality.The pathogenesis of anorexia in the elderly includes a series of metabolic changes that accompany the aging process,such as the increased secretion of cholecystokinin,the decreased leptin and gastrin secretion,dysfunction of gut microbiota mediated changes in inflammatory factors.These metabolic changes can serve as biomarkers for this disease,which can be used to identify anorexia in the elderly at an early stage and develop special nutritional intervention programs.In the future,relevant research can be conducted on whether the gut microbiota and genetic factors of the elderly affect their nutritional status,so as to provide new ideas for the effective prevention and treatment of geraitric anorexia.
