摘　　要：维生素D缺乏(VDD)严重影响新生儿健康。孕期维生素D主要通过胎盘进行传递,新生儿维生素D水平与孕母维生素D水平呈正相关。孕母维生素D不足导致的新生儿VDD是目前全球主要公共卫生难题之一。目前已知导致孕期VDD的因素主要包括皮肤合成减少、阳光辐射差异、生产年龄因素、转运吸收障碍、维生素D来源不足以及孕期特殊疾病状态等。根据基线水平个体化补充维生素D制剂,在提高母婴健康方面具有积极意义。因此,全面了解新生儿维生素缺乏孕母的相关因素,可以为疾病的防治提供新思路。Vitamin D deficiency(VDD)seriously affects the health of neonates.Vitamin D during pregnancy is mainly transmitted through the placenta,and the levels of vitamin D in neonates are positively correlated with those in pregnant women.Currently,VDD in newborns caused by insufficient maternal vitamin D is currently one of the major public health challenges worldwide.The factors that lead to VDD during pregnancy mainly include reduced skin synthesis,differences in sunlight radiation,production age factor,transport and absorption disorders,insufficient sources of vitamin D,and special disease conditions during pregnancy.Individualized vitamin D supplements based on baseline levels has a positive significance on improving the maternal and infant health.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the maternal related factors of neonatal vitamin deficiency can provide new ideas for the disease prevention and treatment.
