摘　　要：目的 观察射苈龙胆汤治疗小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法 将120例肺炎痰热闭肺证患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组60例予西医常规治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上予射苈龙胆汤口服。2组均治疗7天。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分,发热、咳嗽、痰壅、气促消失时间,血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞计数(WBC),并统计2组疗效。结果 治疗组显效率96.33%(56/60),对照组显效率78.33%(47/60),治疗组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候各项评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咳嗽、痰壅、气促消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CRP、WBC水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 射苈龙胆汤治疗小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证疗效显著,可有效缓解临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sheli Longdan Decoction on pediatric pneumonia asthma of phlegm-heat-closed-lung-type.Methods A total of 120 cases of pediatric pneumonia asthma(phlegm-heat-closed-lung-type)were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).All patients were managed by routine Western medicine,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Sheli Longdan Decoction.Treated for 1 week,the aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,disappearance time of fever,cough,phlegm obstruction,shortness of breath,C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC).The curative effect was assessed.Results The obvious effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(96.33%[56/60]vs 78.33%[47/60],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,TCM symptom scores in groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which decreased notably in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough,phlegm obstruction,shortness of breath in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP and WBC in groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more common than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For pediatric pneumonia asthma(phlegm-heat-closed-lung-type),Sheli Longdan Decoction can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,and with significant curative effect.
