摘　　要：中医学在现代医疗发展中日益受到重视,中医临床诊疗具有广泛的前景和巨大的潜力,然而现行中医诊疗模式在服务能力和诊疗效果方面存在严重不足,大数据与人工智能技术的快速发展为中医诊疗模式的迭代升级提供了契机。本文通过梳理人工智能赋能中医临床诊疗的现状,明确了人工智能技术在中医临床诊疗中面临的数据整合、数据质量及数据分析等方面的问题和挑战,提出从学科融合、数据质量优化、数据隐私保护及推广应用等方面进行赋能,为提升中医临床诊疗实效提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention in the development of modern healthcare,and its clinical diagnosis and treatment have broad prospects and enormous potential.However,the current traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment model have serious shortcomings in service capacity and,diagnosis,and treatment effect.The rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology provides an opportunity for the iterative upgrade of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment models.This article reviewed the current situation of artificial intelligence empowering traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment,clarified the problems and challenges faced by artificial intelligence technology in data integration,data quality,and data analysis in traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment,and proposed to empower from the aspects of disciplinary integration,data quality optimization,data privacy protection,and promotion and application,so as to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment.
