摘　　要：Ever since the discovery of the isoscalar giant monopole resonance(ISGMR)[1]and isoscalar giant dipole resonance(ISGDR)[2,3]compression modes,there was much interest in determining the incompressibility and symmetry energy of nuclear matter,which define to a large extent its equation of state(EOS).
