摘　　要：During 2020–2022,the world experienced a La Niña event that lasted for three consecutive years,referred to as multi-year La Ni?a[1].Originating in the tropical Pacific,a La Niña event exerts far-reaching impacts that severely disrupt global weather patterns,agriculture,and ecosystems[2].
