摘　　要：Targeted temperature management(TTM)is an active treatment approach where body temperature is controlled to achieve a therapeutic end.TTM includes therapeutic hypothermia which entails the lowering of body temperature to levels below 35℃,but may also include the maintenance of normal body temperature and prevention of hyperthermia and fever.
