摘  要:With the huge consumption of traditional fossil energy and the consequent environmental and economic pressure,the development of a new energy that is cheap,green and rich has become an urgent issue for human society.Solar energy is a kind of abundant green renewable energy,and the technology of solar cells that can convert solar energy into electric energy is one of the effective ways to solve the energy and environmental crisis.
