摘　　要：在工业控制领域中,PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)是一种常用的控制器,被用于控制各种工业设备。PLC模拟量输入模块是PLC系统中常用的组件,可用于采集外部模拟量信号并将其转换为数字信号,以便PLC系统能够对其进行处理。由于各种原因,模拟量输入模块的精度往往不够高,需要进行校准来提高精度。传统的校准方法需要专业技术人员利用精密仪器手动完成,操作繁琐,工作量大,效率低下。因此,本文提出了一种自动校准方法,该方法利用PLC控制器和改良后的输出模块作为输入信号源,并通过计算机进行复杂运算来自动控制校准过程。该方法采用线性拟合方法,通过多次迭代来实现自动校准PLC模拟量输入模块。实验表明,该校准方法经济易操作,能够更快更准确地校准PLC模拟量输入模块,避免了人工校准过程中的疏漏和错误。In the field of industrial control,PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)is a common controller used controller for controlling various industrial devices.The PLC analog input module,a frequently utilized component in PLC systems,collects external analog signals and converts them to digital signals so that PLC system can process them.The accuracy of analog input modules often falls short due to various factors,necessitating calibration for precision enhancement.The traditional calibration method needs to be done manually by professional technicians using precision instruments,which is tedious,laborious,and inefficient.Therefore,this paper proposes an automatic calibration method,which uses PLC controller and modified output module as input signal source,and automatically controls the calibration process by computer with complex operations and adopts linear fitting method to achieve automatic calibration of PLC analog input module by multiple iterations.Experiments have demonstrated that the calibration method is economical and easy to operate and can calibrate PLC analog input modules faster and more accurately,avoiding omissions and errors in the manual calibration process.
