摘 要:随着物联网和工业4.0的不断推进,依靠物联网技术搭建的智能化CEMS运维管理平台,实现了整个CEMS系统智能管控,使CEMS系统受控设备一直处于最佳工作状态,实现了故障提前预警、趋势变化预警等内容。该平台可通过可视化预警信息来保证CEMS系统的及时准确响应,可通过智能设备寿命管理来保证CEMS系统长周期稳定运行,可根据历史数据生成科学合理生产工艺模式来实现环保设施的精细控制,保证了环保指标达标排放,降低了企业运营成本。本文对基于物联网技术的智能化CEMS运维管理平台建设过程中段遇到的典型问题进行了探讨及研究,并给出了解决方案。With the continuous advancement of the Internet of Things and Industry 4.0,an intelligent CEMS operation and maintenance management platform,built upon Internet of Things technology,achieves intelligent control of the entire CEMS system.This ensures that the controlled devices within the CEMS system are always operating optimally,with features like early fault warning of faults and trend change alerts.The platform ensures timely and accurate responses of the CEMS system through visual warning information,guarantees long-term stable operation of the CEMS system via intelligent device lifespan management,and enables precise control over environmental protection facilities by generating scientific and reasonable production process models based on historical data.This ensures compliance with environmental standards and emission regulations while reducing operational costs.This paper discusses and researches typical problems encountered during the construction of an intelligent CEMS operation and maintenance management platform based on Internet of Things technology and provides solutions.
