摘　　要：本研究以浦口火车站历史建筑群工程项目为依托,针对设计和施工阶段中遇到的历史建筑群保护要求高、改造数量多、传统二维机电图纸的可视化程度低等重难点问题,通过建立基于该项目的建筑、机电和场地的BIM模型,利用BIM+VR技术在整体项目中的可视化应用、模型轻量化技术和BIM辅助碰撞检查与深化设计等措施,对上述重难点问题进行解决。为BIM技术在历史建筑群修缮改造中的应用提供了指导和借鉴。Based on the Pukou railway station historical building complex project,aiming at the key and difficult problems encountered in the design and construction stage,such as high protection requirements for historical buildings,large reconstruction volume and low degree of traditional two-dimensional drawings,this paper establishes the building,electromechanical and site models based on the project,and takes the visualization,model lightweight technology and BIM assisted collision inspection and deepening design of BIM+VR technology in the overall project,Solve the above key and difficult problems.It provides guidance and reference for the application of BIM technology in the repair and transformation of historical buildings.
