摘 要:公路桥梁限载、限速的研究对于路外安全需求的关注较少,而上跨铁路的公路桥梁需要有十分可靠的安全储备以保证铁路运营安全;本文结合铁路、公路设计规范,分析了铁路下穿既有公路桥梁及新建上跨铁路公路桥梁的限载、限速取值问题,并给出相应建议值;其中:既有桥梁可按照结构健康状态分类后,根据文中定义的限载修正系数κ_(0)以及冲击系数比χ来对既有桥梁原限载、限速值进行折减;对于新建桥梁,主要依据不同公路规范限值,结合铁路安全需求,从而给出了相应限载、限速建议值。The research on load limit and speed limit of highway bridge pays less attention to the off-road safety requirements,while the highway bridge over the railway needs a very reliable safety reserve to ensure the safety of railway operation.Therefore,combining with the design specifications of railway and highway,this paper analyzes the load limit and speed limit of existing and newly built highway bridges of railway-related works,and gives corresponding suggestions values.Among them,the existing Bridges can be classified according to the structural health state,and the original load limit and speed limit values of existing bridges can be reduced according to the load limit correction coefficientκ_(0) and the impact coefficient ratioχdefined in the paper.For new bridges,according to different highway standard limits and railway safety requirements,the corresponding load limit and speed limit suggestions values are given.
