摘 要:汽车前照灯使用的大功率LED芯片热流密度很高,会使LED芯片迅速升温,从而降低发光效率甚至失效,因此必须采用一定的措施降低LED芯片热阻和控制温升。LED灯具的散热问题是制约其在汽车照明领域进一步应用的主要因素之一,本文从热效应对LED的影响和散热基础理论出发,对现有的LED前照灯散热方法进行研究和总结,最后对车灯散热措施进行进一步展望,为LED散热技术未来的发展提供支持。The high-power LED chips used for automotive headlamps generate high heat flux.The rapidly increasing temperature of LEDs will result in reducing the luminous efficiency or even failure.Therefore,measures should be implemented to decrease the thermal resistance of LEDs and control the temperature rise.The heat dissipation of LED headlamps restrict its further application in automotive lighting.This paper is based on the influence of heat effect on LED and basic theory of heat dissipation,and the existing methods for LED headlamp heat dissipation are researched and summarized.Finally,this paper outlines future prospects for enhancing heat dissipation measures of headlamps,which can provide effective support for the future development of LED heat dissipation technology.
