摘 要:本文基于德温特专利数据库,从申请趋势、主要竞争国家或地区、重点技术领域、主要专利权人、核心专利等视角开展全球照明技术发展态势研究,发现中国照明专利数量逐年攀升,总专利量远超其他国家,但存在着原始创新能力不足、核心技术短缺、研发人才稀缺、国际化布局程度低等问题。基于此,本文认为促进中国照明行业发展应加强各个创新主体间的协同创新、重视基础研究高质量发展、重视高水平人才的引进和创新人才的自主培养、强化专利国际化战略。Based on the Derwent Innovation Index,this paper conducts research on the development trend of global lighting technology from patent application trend,major competitive countries or regions,key technology fields,main patent assignees,core patents,etc.,and finds that the number of lighting patents in China is increasing year by year,and the total number of patents far exceeds that of other countries,but there are problems such as insufficient original innovation ability,shortage of core technology,scarcity of R&D talents,and low degree of international layout.Based on this,this paper believes that to promote the development of China's lighting industry,it is necessary to strengthen collaborative innovation among various innovation subjects,attach importance to the high-quality development of basic research,focus on the introduction of high-level talents and the independent training of innovative talents,and strengthen the strategy of patent internationalization.
