摘　　要：为探讨人喉癌上皮细胞DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅰ型(AC-29)病例的临床特点,回顾性分析南京医科大学附属儿童医院4例AC-29核型患儿的临床特征。结果显示,2020年1月至2021年12月期间南京医科大学附属儿童医院共检测自身抗体阳性血清样本14213例,其中4例抗核抗体(间接免疫荧光法)核型为AC-29。AC-29是近年新定义的一类核型,正确识别对疾病早期的诊断有一定提示意义。To explore the clinical characteristics of DNA topoisomerase typeⅠ(AC-29)in human laryngeal carcinoma cell line 2(HEp-2)cells,four cases of AC-29 from Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were retrospectively reported.From January 2020 to December 2021,a total of 14213 serum samples with auto-antibodies had been tested in this Hospital.Among them,four had the anti-nuclear antibody(ANA)karyotype shaped AC-29 tested by indirect immunofluorescence assay.AC-29 is a newly defined karyotype in recent years.Correct identification of AC-29 has potential significance for early diagnosis of disease.
