摘  要:本文通过对抽水蓄能电站相关指标进行分析,创造性提出抽水蓄能电站在传统六大功能基础上,还具有抗旱水库及应急备用水源功能的观点,旨在抽水蓄能电站建设中,通过合理规划、科学设计和有效管理,可以确保电站在干旱季节或突发事件中能为周边地区提供充足水源,减轻城市供水压力,保障城市正常运转,实现抽水蓄能电站各种社会效益最大化。By analyzing the relevant indicators of pumped storage power stations,it is creatively proposed that pumped storage power stations are of additional functions in drought relief and emergency backup water source besides the traditional six major functions.Thus,with reasonable planning,scientific design and effective management of pumped storage power stations,they can provide sufficient water sources to surrounding areas during dry seasons or emergencies,which reduces the urban water supply pressure,ensures the normal operation of the cities,and maximums the social benefits of the stations.
