摘  要:在“一带一路”倡议及“中国企业走出去”战略的推动下,越来越多中国企业参与到我国毗邻的哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯远东、蒙古国等极寒地区的经济建设中。本文基于哈萨克斯坦图尔古松水电站建设,因工期限制常在-20℃~-40℃冬季施工,为确保施工质量,充分结合当地实际进行针对性设计,在施工中采取了一系列因地制宜的防冰冻和保温措施。项目的成功实施,可为类似工程建设参考。Driven by the“Belt and Road Initiative”and the“Chinese enterprises going global”strategy,more and more Chinese enterprises are participating in the economic construction of Kazakhstan,Russian Far East,Mongolia and other extremely cold areas adjacent to China.Based on the construction of the Turgusun Hydropower Station in Kazakhstan,the management of concrete construction in winter in extremely cold areas are summarized.As the requirement of the schedule,construction is often carried out in winter with temperature ranging from-20℃to-40℃.To ensure the construction quality,targeted design is implemented considering the local conditions,and a series of anti-freezing and heat preservation measures that are suitable for the specific conditions are taken during construction.The successful implementation of the project provides useful reference for the construction of similar projects.
