摘 要:在国家大力推进清洁能源高质量发展的背景下,针对大河口水电站防洪能力不足、水能资源未充分利用的问题,提出了增设泄洪洞和发电机组的改建扩容思路,既保障大河口电站的防洪安全,又充分利用了阿蓬江水能水资源,提高绿色电力在电力系统中的比例,也是发展绿色电力的政策和落实“双碳”目标之举,实现了高山峡谷地区改建工程合理布置,为同类工程改扩建提供了一种新的思路。Currently,China is vigorously promoting the high-quality development of clean energies.In response to the problems of insufficient flood control capacity and under-utilization of water resources of the Dahekou Hydropower Station,a reconstruction and capacity expansion plan of adding a spillway tunnel and generator units is proposed.The plan not only ensures the flood control safety of the station,but also fully utilizes the water resources of the Apeng River.The proportion of green electricity in the power grid is increased,which is in accord with the policy for developing green energy and also implementation of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.The rational layout of the reconstruction work in high mountain canyon areas in the plan provides new ideas for the reconstruction and capacity expansion of similar projects.
